-A unity 2019 package with all the materials preset for you just drag and drop the one you want. (Requires Poiyomi toon 7.2.41+)

Please use the Materials included in the unity package if you don't know how to setup PBR maps, otherwise it will look awful and nothing like the pictures or videos.
